What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Meta Pay, and WŪFORIA Gift Cards. We don’t accept cash on delivery or boops.

What information do I need to check out?

Our checkout is easy, fast, and secure. Enter your contact information, shipping address and payment method, then place your order!

I have a promotion code. How do I apply it?

Snagging savings with a promo code is a breeze! At Checkout, just waggle over to the promo code box and type in your code. Hit that “Apply" button and there you go! Keep in mind, each promo code may have terms of conditions for use, so be sure to check the Promotions T&Cs page for more details. 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and ship out within 3-5 business days after payment.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Specialty items that are noted on the product page may take up to 20 days for delivery. Please note that during peak periods or customs inspections, delivery may take longer. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for carrier delays or failure to deliver caused by incorrect shipping information or factors beyond our control.

Please keep in mind at times there may be shipping delays due to USPS service impacts. If you have questions about your order, please reach out to customer service team.

How can I change the shipping address or modify/cancel my order?

Changes to the shipping address or to modify/cancel an order, can only be made within a very limited timeframe. If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with your order number and updated shipping information, or any change/cancel requests to allow enough time to process your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or modify/cancel your order.

How much is shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 USD! For orders under $75 USD, our standard shipping fee is $5.99.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with updated tracking information. To track your order, simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter your Tracking Number or Order Number to access available tracking updates. If you misplace your notification or have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at any time, and we'll be happy to assist you with tracking details.

Why is shipping taking long?

During sales and holidays, or when the weather's as unpredictable as a game of fetch, postal delays may happen, causing your goodies to take a bit longer to arrive. Don't howl in a panic if your package seems to be moving slower than a snail on a stroll – just give it some extra time to catch up. We totally get it – waiting for your woof-tastic goodies can be ruff, but know its way! Rest assured, our pack is working like a dog to get your items packaged and shipped as quick as possible. So hang in there, friend! The promise of those upcoming tail wags will arrive in no time.

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your package goes missing without confirmation of delivery, we've got you covered with a free replacement.

Where is the rest of my order?

While it's about as rare as a pup who doesn't love belly rubs, there may be occasions when part of your order from Wūforia needs to be shipped separately. This could happen if an item isn't available to ship right away or if it's coming from a different warehouse. But no need to bury your bones in worry! We'll send an email to your inbox as soon as the rest of your order's tracking info becomes available. Orders with split shipping usually show up within a few days of each other. Having trouble with the rest of your order? Just give us a bark! We're here to help track down those missing goodies and make sure your back on your path to a state of happy!

Can I return a Wūforia order?

Got a disappointed pup on your paws?

If your dog isn't wūf over tails for something in their Wūforia order, then we haven't lived up to our name! We're here to ensure that your furry bestie has the most pawsome experience possible. 

Enjoy peace of mind with our 30-day Returns & Exchanges starting from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unused in their original packaging, with no missing tags or stickers, and received within the last 30 days. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just give us a bark, and we'll fetch the answers for you! Simply reach out to us at happy@wuforia.com. For further details, please refer to our return policy. 

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, don't worry! Contact our customer service team with your order number and a picture of the product. We'll take care of the rest and ensure you receive a replacement promptly.
