RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Your favorite furball isn’t waggin' and wuf'n? Easy returns or exchanges within 60 days from delivery.
If your order doesn't quite meet your pup's standards (or yours), just give us a woof, and we'll roll up our sleeves (or should we say, paws?) to get you sorted out or make things right.
Items eligible for a return or exchange must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) will not be eligible for return.
NOTES:
- Please do not return any orders without prior notice and approval from our Customer Support team.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Items purchased after 2.13.2025 are eligible for 60-day returns/exchanges.
- For items from the following brands, please contact the manufacturer directly for returns: Walk-e-Woo.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which is deducted from the refund when a return shipping label is provided.
- For exchanges, Wuforia will ship a replacement item free of charge.
- If an item is defective, please send a photo and description to Customer Support. If approved, Wuforia will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank—please reach out to your card issuer for additional details.
Additional Refund Terms
- A return label will be provided for approved returns.
- Refunds will be issued minus the return shipping label cost.
- If an item was purchased with a promotional code and qualified for free shipping, the refund will be processed minus the costs of the original shipping and return label.
- If a return causes the order total to fall below the minimum required for a promotion, the discount will be adjusted or removed. This means the refund amount may be lower to reflect the updated order total without the discount.
