RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Your favorite furball isn’t in a state of Wūforia? Easy returns or exchanges within 30 days from delivery.

We're a bunch of dog-loving humans who understand the ruff realities of playtime with our furry friends. If any Wūforia product doesn't quite meet your pup's standards (or yours), just give us a woof, and we'll roll up our sleeves (or should we say, paws?) to fetch you a replacement faster than you can say "squirrel!"

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item should be unused and in the original packaging with tags and stickers. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.

NOTES:
  • Please do not return any orders without notice/approval from our Customer Support team.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
  • Contact customer support directly for items from the following brands: Walk-e-Woo

Customer is responsible for shipping through any carrier for returns or exchanges. Wūforia will ship out the exchange item free of charge.

If an item is defective, please send a photo to Customer Support and describe the issue. Wūforia will provide a return shipping label.

REFUNDS

Once returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is approved.

Refunds, minus any shipping fees, will be processed, and funds returned to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refund times may vary, please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
