What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Meta Pay, and WUFORIA Gift Cards. We don’t accept cash on delivery or boops.

What information do I need for check out?

Our checkout is easy, fast, and secure. Enter your contact information, shipping address and payment method, then place your order!

I have a promotion code. How do I apply it?

Snagging savings with a promo code is a breeze! At Checkout, just type your code into the promo box. Hit that “Apply" button and there you go! Keep in mind, each promo code may have terms of conditions for use, so be sure to check the Promotions T&Cs page for more details.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and ship out within 3-5 business days after payment for most orders. Please check the product page for shipping times or the Shipping page for updates.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination. We use shipping methods that include USPS, FedEx, USPS. Standard Ground shipping typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Specialty items may take up to 9-14 days for delivery and are noted on the product page. During peak periods or with customs inspections, delivery may take longer. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for carrier delays or failure to deliver caused by incorrect shipping information or factors beyond our control.

Can I change the shipping address or modify/cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel an order typically within 4 hours from placing it. If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with your order number and any change requests or updated shipping information to allow enough time to process your request. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at $6.59. Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $75, on all Canada orders over $125, and on worldwide orders over $175!

How do I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, Shop customers can opt-in to track orders with the Shop App. When orders ship, customers receive a shipment email notification with tracking information. You can also check your order status and track shipment on the Track Your Order page and enter your Tracking Number, or Email & Order Number to access available tracking updates. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at any time, and we'll be happy to assist you with tracking details.

Why is shipping taking long?

Sales, holidays, and wild weather can slow things down, causing postal delays. If your package is taking its sweet time, don’t panic—just give it a little extra wiggle room. We’re working hard to get your goodies out fast, so hang tight—tail wags incoming!

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your package goes missing without confirmation of delivery for more than 12 days, contact Customer Support and we'll help you get sorted, or send a free replacement.

Where is the rest of my order?

Split shipments are rare, but they can happen if an item ships later or from another warehouse. No need to worry—we’ll email you tracking info as soon as it’s available. Orders usually arrive within a few days of each other, but if anything seems off, just give us a bark!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a Wuforia order?

If your pup isn’t loving their Wuforia order, let’s fix that! We offer 60-day returns or exchanges—just keep items unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
